Lisa began painting what she calls her "Go Girls." After painting just one, viewers wanted to see more of these "Go Girls." They wanted to see "Go Girls" doing "this or that." So, what arte the "Go Girls?" They're an exercise in creative lounging and festive relaxation, they're girls on the go... girls partyin' down...girls livin' it up...girls takin' in the town...doin' Memphis. They are colorful scenes...cocktails parties...good times. They dance, swing, sway, and sache. Sometimes they don't do anything, they just "be cool." For Lisa, who these "Go Gilrs" are, where they are, and who they're with is as wide open as the imaginations of those who see her paintings and ask for more. It seems that the "Go Girls" can be anywhere, anytime! 
Lisa's "Go Girl Art" paintings are whimsical fabulous works of art portraying fantastic and completely original personalities. They are painted snapshots of families, friends, and fun folks. Living in Memphis, Lisa is a prolific artist staying involved in the community, offering painting classes, as well as doing plenty of commision work.
As you will notice, Lisa does not put any faces on her people, but emphasizes other details that give each person life on the canvas.
